  • Drive revenue and market penetration of IQAX product and solutions
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, to achieve targets
  • Effectively drive opportunities through the pipeline to closure and revenue realization
  • Provide accurate forecasting and identify executable actions to bridge any gaps to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Develop quality proposals for customers/prospects which clearly articulate the value proposition of IQAX’s solution, catering to the customer’s bespoke business need
  • Work closely with product management team to differentiate our offer to the market
  • Provide customer feedback and input to Product Management and the Executive team to drive new product offerings for IQAX
  • Keep current on market developments and be knowledgeable of the competition
  • Be able to differentiate IQAX’s products and solutions in the marketplace


  • Bachelor degree with 5 years above of software and solution sales experience within the logistics/shipping industry. And interacted well with the leading large Carriers, BCOs and NVO
  • CET-6, excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English
  • A logical mind capable of translating technological processes into simple language
  • Polished negotiation skills with excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present and articulate within different corporate structures and hierarchy
  • Result driven & strong ownership & follow through
  • Self motivated, self learning & flexible work approach
  • Can accept short-term domestic business trip
