Lionel has over three decades of experience in technical sales, marketing and product management. Lionel brings to IQAX a superior understanding of enterprise and solution architecture, informed by a strong commercial instinct and in-depth regional expertise.  

As a key member of IQAX’s executive team, Lionel helps to drive the company's blockchain business initiatives. Incorporating his strong commercial vision and comprehensive technical sales, marketing and product knowledge, Lionel's strategic insight steers business initiatives across the APAC and Greater China markets. His data-driven approach consistently achieves measurable results, setting strategy to deliver value for all stakeholders in the shipping ecosystem.  

Prior to joining CargoSmart in 2015, Lionel was a senior director at Oracle, where he gained extensive experience in technical development, products and services, and senior-level business development. Leading a team of high-caliber technology practitioners to develop a strong commercial base in the Greater China region, Lionel also had oversight of Oracle's APAC strategic partner enablement team. 

Holding an MBA from York University, Toronto, and a BSc from the University of Toronto, Lionel is also a member of Focus Industry, a transportation, travel and logistics forum. 

As a key member of IQAX's executive team, Alice Wong is responsible for driving the company's sales and marketing vision, drawing on two decades of senior enterprise sales experience across both government and commercial sectors to deliver a world-class global sales strategy.

Her sharp business acumen, influential and engaging style with C-level customers and in-depth understanding of large-scale enterprise technology buying dynamism have afforded Alice the ideal experience to lead IQAX’s global sales vision. Her strong commercial acumen enables her to effectively identify and align sales strategy with new markets, achieving substantial business results.

Alice's impressive track record includes senior sales leadership roles within leading global IT vendors such as Gartner, Microsoft, SAP and Oracle, during which time she developed a deep understanding of how IT companies excel; skilfully cultivating and influencing C-Level decision-makers to consistently achieve double-digit sales growth and exceed retention targets. She has also held country-level P&L and management responsibilities across a range of territories.

A graduate of the University of Leeds with a BA (Hons) in Economic Studies, Alice was also a former Council Member and Director of Membership for the Hong Kong Computer Society. In her spare time, she enjoys trekking in the Himalayas and the Alps. As a regular charitable volunteer, she is often to be found offering her skills to non-profit organisations across Hong Kong.

Eric is a seasoned IT professional and HKIE Chartered Engineer (Information) with over two decades of experience across various highly complex technical shipping industry functions. He is a confident and positive facilitator and leader of teams complemented by demonstrable success as an architect of technical solutions. 

Heading up an innovative technical development division, Eric brings two decades of experience as a senior shipping industry IT professional to IQAX's solutions design and implementation. 

With an unsurpassed understanding of technology and its practical application, Eric leads a large and diverse range of functional teams that deliver complex results across multiple functions. His in-depth IT knowledge and finely-honed communication skills make him a key player in IQAX’s senior management team. 

His key responsibilities include the development of applications, frameworks and architecture, release management, production support, and product design and management, including the recent blockchain platform architecture design and implementation project as Assistant General Manager of OOCL (Australia). 

With a Master of Engineering Management degree and a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems) degree, both from Sydney’s renowned University of Technology, Eric’s passion and commitment to furthering his understanding of the IT world is evidenced by his impressive career to date.

Phoebe is a senior operation professional with over 20 years of experience managing highly complex business and customer support projects. Phoebe is skilled at the delivery of superior operational continuity and digital transformation projects, resulting in positive customer experiences across large-scale business functions. 

Phoebe is a shipping industry veteran with an in-depth understanding of clients’ operational and service needs. Drawing on a key combination of top-level strategic oversight and practical operational knowledge, Phoebe leads IQAX’s business process outsourcing functions, including the management of the company’s production support and customer service teams. 

Prior to her role at IQAX, Phoebe had an overall responsibility for 800 team members. Her ability to oversee large, remote teams based across the Asia region makes her a skilled and confident leader. This includes the current day-to-day management of two busy customer support centres in Hong Kong and Zhuhai, along with two large-scale business process outsourcing centres based in Manila. 

Throughout her career, Phoebe’s ability to accurately maintain oversight of a diverse, remote workforce while continually upholding a commitment to seamless customer delivery has led to tangible successes and business improvements.
