Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market penetration of IQAX product and solutions
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, to achieve targets
- Effectively drive opportunities through the pipeline to closure and revenue realization.
- Provide accurate forecasting and identify executable actions to bridge any gaps to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Develop quality proposals for customers/prospects which clearly articulate the value proposition of IQAX’s solution, catering to the customer’s bespoke business need.
- Work closely with product management team to differentiate our offer to the market
- Provide customer feedback and input to Product Management and the Executive team to drive new product offerings for IQAX.
- Keep current on market developments and be knowledgeable of the competition.
- Be able to differentiate IQAX’s products and solutions in the marketplace

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 5 years above of software and solution sales experience within the logistics/shipping industry. And interacted well with the leading large Carriers, BCOs and NVO
- CET-6, excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
- A logical mind capable of translating technological processes into simple language
- Polished negotiation skills with excellent listening and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to present and articulate within different corporate structures and hierarchy
- Result driven & strong ownership & follow through
- Self motivated, self learning & flexible work approach
- Can accept short-term domestic business trip
